Terms and Conditions


  • Delivery is FOB Sarasota, FL USA.

  • Orders will be shipped within one business day after a cleared payment is received. Please note that an order can be delayed, if a part is out of stock.

  • Tracking is not added unless it is requested.

  • Shipping insurance will only be added upon request at cost.

  • We do not process orders on weekends and US public holidays.

  • Custom charges and taxes are not included (customers responsibility).

  • Product delivery time is subject to inventory availability. We continually add new items and restock our inventory. 

  • If a part is out of stock, it can take up to 8 weeks to restock.

  • $15 Packaging and Handle fee will be added to every order (usually included in shipping charge if shipping is added to the order).


  • We accept payments by Bank Transfer, PayPal, Invoice over PayPal and major Credit Cards over the phone.

  • The order will not be shipped until a payment has cleared.

  • $1,000 suggested minimum order unless you purchase a fixed case. 

  • With larger orders, over $1,000, we can pass on our volume savings and keep prices low. 

  • Orders over $1,500 will have a 2.9% processing fee if paid with PayPal or Credit Card. The processing fee will be waived if order is paid by Bank Transfer.

  • Customers with NET Terms agree to have the funds available for us by due date.

  • If a customer with NET Terms are late with the payment, no new orders can be processed, and a late fee will accrued daily. The late fee will be = (20% of value of order)/ 365 * # days late.

  • Repeatedly late payments will result in reduced NET Terms, or Cancelation of NET Terms.


  • A buyer should check the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package so it can return to us and contact our customer service promptly.

  • Refunds are offered only if items are returned in an unused condition. Only defective products will be offered an exchange.

  • Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If you need to return a part, please verify that the product is indeed defective and contact our customer service right away.

  • Please note that we may not receive the package, if the buyer does not complete a return according to the RMA # in structions. 

  • We will not be able to process and complete such a return, and the buyer shall be solely responsible for the consequences.

  • International buyers: it is IMPORTANT to declare your package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form, otherwise, your return will NOT be accepted.

  • If we made an error in shipping, we will pay a return shipping fee.

  • In case of return, discounts and promotions will be adjusted accordingly. Per qualification for the discount and/or promotion.


  • Volume Discount is based on ONE order / ONE Shipment only.

  • Credits will be deducted before discount, and can not be applied towards shipping costs.

  • All discounts are subject to change without notice.

  • Our volume discount only applies for orders above $2,000.

  • Special priced items does not qualify for volume discount or any other additional discounts.

  • Original (OEM) items or Door Locks: W-DO-LO-ALS-5200* and W-DO-LO-ALS-7701* does not qualify for volume discount or any other additional discounts.

  • Fixed Cases does not qualify for volume discount or any other additional discounts / special priced items. However, all orders *(Single, Fixed price or Discounted price) are included in the Year End Bonus volume.

Year-End Bonus System

  • Bonus check can not be applied towards shipping costs.

  • Bonus check must only be used on replacement parts.

  • Bonus check is not valid to use on original (OEM) parts.

  • Bonus check does not qualify for volume discount or any other additional discounts/ special priced items.

  • Bonus check is valid one year, starting from January 1st.

  • Customers order history is tracked by our sales team. Tracking starts January 1st - December 31st. Customers can any time during the year ask our sale reprasentatives for their order history.

  • Fixed Cases are allowed to be purchased with the bonus check.


  • Our parts are Replacement Parts / Generic , Unless Specified OEM, Original or Authentic.

  • All replacement parts are quality tested before sent out to our customers.
